Orsentim is a data company founded by two long-time friends, Tim and Senad. We build and run Portal so a small business can use its data without hiring a data team.

What is Portal, exactly?
Portal is a private, branded analytics site for your business, at your own URL. Your team logs in and finds their dashboards, an AI that answers questions about your own data, and the small apps you use day to day: time tracking, invoicing, intake forms. We build it for you and we keep it running. Portal gets better every month. AI-native development lets us ship fast.
What does $250 a month include?
One flat price, unlimited viewers. Hosting, your dashboards, Portal AI, the apps in your portal, and support and change requests raised from inside it. A one-time setup fee, scoped to your business, covers the initial build. Custom work beyond that is estimated per project.
How long does setup take?
You get access right away. Full onboarding takes one to two weeks. We spend that time learning how your business works, designing the data model, and building the first dashboards. You see it as it is built, not at the end.
What data sources can Portal connect to?
CSV, Excel, Excel Online, Google Sheets, and BigQuery today, with more in development. If your data lives somewhere else, tell us. We build the connector as part of your setup.
Is there a contract?
No. Portal is month to month with no annual contract, and you can cancel any time. Every client gets a database of their own, so your data never sits in a shared pool.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Every table Portal holds or created exports with you. When you leave, we erase the rest and confirm it in writing.
